Krav maga

  • Groin kick
  • Bladder kick
  • Elbow 2
  • Choke from the front with a push (arm to ear, violent tun, grab hands, elbow 7, elbow 2)


  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Bag work
  • Burpees
  • Squats
  • Running

It was my first time taking Conditioning, and it started out innocently enough. In fact, at first I wondered what the big deal was. And then I didn’t.

The only thing was it was so crowded, it wasn’t the most fun. But it was still a good workout.
